Awesome place to live!! I loved living here! We lived here for 7 years and never had any problems! The building was always clean, and very quiet! I would definitely move back here again!!
Poor management Poor management and maintenance. Management isn't on site always and the maintenance of the building and apartments is very low.
Great Place to live Great place to call home!!!! Management and staff are very helpful..... If you have a problem you just need to call. They take care of it quickly. Management is not on-site everyday but there is a main office in South St. Paul that has staff 24 hours. They offer underground parking and a large backyard with grills. The apartments have tons of space.........
Poorly Managed, Poorly Maintained, Expensive for NOTHING A lot of money and none of the amenities. Poor management. Problems with hot water, people stealing things, no upkeep on building, inside or out, carpets are terrible.
