Good customer service and everyone is very pleasant.
The appointment with Dr. Mulder was scheduled promptly after my cleaning. The novicane injection was so painless I didn't even notice. It took longer than expected, due to additional decay, but there were no problems.
My experience with your dental hygienist, Cathy, was the best experience I have ever had with a hygienist. And I have had extensive dental care. Dr Vander Lught is great - his technique, knowledge and equipment is state of the art. His staff members are friendly, personable and kind. When someone is looking for a new dentist, I always recommend Vander Lught Dental Practice.
Initial schedule meant a long wait, but as people cancelled the staff fit me in very quickly.
I have received the best possible dental care at this office. I have had numerous comments on my dental work by other dental professionals, stating how well it is done. And this is truly a reflection of Dr.VanderLugt's great care over the many years I have gone to him. The office staff are always professional and courteous.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Vanderlugt's office for over 11 years, and the service has been consistantly friendly and informative on what is new. We have seen the same hygenist which we have formed a friendship and she is always challangeing us to continue to work on our health care, when we may have slacked off a bit. I am thankful for this office.
I am like everyone else and can say that going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do. However, I have never had a bad experience in your office. Your staff ROCKS! Everyone I have ever met there is very kind, caring and courteous. I'm very thankful that my daughter with special needs also feels comfortable in your office. (Thanks Dr. Renee!)
