I happened to over hear an interaction between the staff and a Hispanic client who was trying to understand an insurance payment. His English was limited but he was not treated with much patience or attempts to communicate. It was very upsetting to me. I have not had a very "warm" reception from the desk staff either but at least I can navigate billing, etc. without their assistance. Thanks for this opportunity to express my feelings. Thanks to Dr. VanderLugt and his staff for working me in to the schedule after I arrived "late" for my appointment a day early!:) I will keep better track next time.
Dr. Mulder and staff are the best.....always smiling and make the best of an otherwise uncomfortable situation..
My husband and I both had routine cleaning appointments yesterday and both had Renee as a hygenist. We both had great visits and Renee is very nice. Dr. Mulder was charming as ever and delivered good news to both of us of no cavaties. Look forward to coming back in 6 months.
I had a really nice experience when I came in on Friday. It was nice not having to wait too long either... I was out of there in a half hour. :)
