This was an outstanding experience. It was quick and painless--and that's a great combination for a dentist visit.
My visit was excellent today. My hygenist, Maria, remembers me each time when I come in and actually remembers details of our conversations from 6 months ago. I don't just feel like another patient at VanderLugt and Mulder Dental but b/c of my hygenist, I feel valued and that all my concerns are being listened to and validated. I have been having problems with sensitivity with my gums for unknown reason and Maria has been brainstorming and asking great probing questions to try and solve the problem. Didn't have to wait long and they did a nice job on my teeth. Pain management is excellent.
The staff was great. I had Brenda for my regular 6 month cleaning. She did a great job, even though I had some pain from exposed roots. I had a cleaning, sensitivity treatment, cleaning and mofifying of my bite splint all in about 40 minutes.
My 7 year old had a great dental visit. No cavities! They did a great job with him. He is a little shy, but he went back by himself and did great.
Dr. VanderLught is a very good dentist and his staff is exceptional.
Everyone from the time I checked in, had my teeth cleaned, xrayed, old cavity removed and new replaced and checked out, was wonderful! Knowledgable, calm, focused. Thank you!
The entire process was positive, from cleaning to filling. After a negative experience with a different office,this was agreat. Thank you!
To the smiles of the front desk, to the wonderful personalities of every hygentist...I actually look forward to going to the dentist!
