Due to improper management, residents on the fourth floor played loud music at around 1 a.m.
Terrible building, terrible company. $1,300/month for 400sq feet. Tenants smoke in the building every day. Water has been disconnected 5 times in 2 months without warning. I've heard death threats yelled in the hallway at 2am, on multiple occasions. No communication or resolution from management. AVOID AVENUE LIVING AT ALL COSTS!
