He took his personal time, when he was not working, to answer all of my questions on a specific RV! I usually do not get the great service from dealerships as I did from Vinnie at Freedom RV.
He patiently helped us find our first travel trailer a couple of years ago. He is friendly, intelligent, well spoken, very knowledgeable about his products and there's NEVER any pressure.
As we were looking for a replacement for our Class C and hadn't been able to find just what we were looking for, we elected to take a look just to see if we could find a model we liked and then look elsewhere. Service excellent!!
I walked in near closing on a Saturday night and told the gentlemen what I wasw looking for and what I could afford to pay. Joe Page showed me 4 trailers, all meeting my specifications. Since it was near closing time, I asked if I needed to put down a deposit and come back the next morning. No deposit was needed if I came back at opening. The next morning I showed up before the doors opened and we closed the deal. This was all very low pressure, and everything Joe promised he did. I recently purchased my truck at FREEDOM RV. The buying experience was phenomenal. I shall never again visit a car or truck lot to purchase a truck. Salespeople in the RV industry are different-more friendly, professional and NO-PRESSURE! When you arrive, ask for Vinnie. He went out of his way to make sure we got the best price, lowest interest rates, and the truck was perfect when we went to pick it up.
