I purchased a Thor Scope in Oct 2025. This dealership repeatedly messed up the paperwork, delaying the license and registration for 4 months. Jackson in finance gave me a stack of blank temp licenses to try to make it right; not good. They continued to promise to get it taken care of and call me back. No callbacks. I personally spoke to the general manager, Bridgette, who assured me they would handle it. 4 weeks later, the plates finally arrived. James is exceptional! Super laid back and listens to what you're looking for. Puts a real effort into really understanding your needs and accommodates to them.
