We have had an abysmal time with Freedom RV of Liberty Lake, WA. We inked the deal 68 days ago and we still don't have the trailer. It needed some repairs and a couple of upgrades. That took 5 weeks. Even then not all the repairs were made. We got it home only to discover that it leaks in the rain. We took it back and after nearly two weeks they still haven't started repairing it. They say, very indirectly, that they are too busy getting new units out the door to work on warranty repairs.
Visiting in the area from Texas, attended their RV show and came away with a new motor coach, very pleased. They let us stay on location for five days while we moved our personal items from our fifth wheel over to our new home on wheels. Our salesmen were great and I can't say enough good stuff about their friendly and efficient technicians. Also a big thanks to Tara. Great job everyone.
I had amazing service today from Amanda at the service desk, to Brandon & Rodney in the shop/yard. Those two men went the extra mile today to make sure my hitch was at the proper height. They even brought me a cold bottle of water while I waited (it's hot out!). Finally, Ryan Church, also in the service dept. spent a lot of time explaining in great detail the warranty work I'd had done. I felt listened to and satisfied that the service had been completed properly. My experience has been a great one.
We were traveling from California to North Idaho in our Newmar motor coach, and the water pump to our household malfunctioned so we really needed help because we'd planned to dry camp in several locations. Freedom worked us into their service schedule for the coming week, and took care of the repair in one day. We took a day sightseeing in Spokane while the repairs were made, and were back on the road by the early afternoon. Freedom service folks treated us like family.

We would like to express our appreciation for the reception and service we received at Spokane freedom RV. Travelling in the area we stopped and asked for a propane verification since we were afraid of a leak. They took us immediatedly and the service guy did a thorough verification crawling under our van, with a 90 F hot weather, in order to identify the problem and secure the rest of our trip. I would like to thank all the folks at Freedom RV. We bought a used motorhome in AZ. The key people we dealt with were Clinton Mock, Mike Mohondro and Shawn in finance, Bill in sales, Brian, Doug, Brandon and crew in service. Mike got us great financing and convinced us to include the warranty and tire package and we have already used both. We were told everything on the coach would work and they stood by that statement. Very friendly, very helpful
We went to just look on Sunday. We found the perfect Rv. The salesman was fantastic. The finance manager was excellent, friendly, and informative. Bruno promised to bring our new rig out to make sure it fit on the pad before we bought and was prompt, courteous and helpful. The entire exprerience was stress free and without a bad moment. Very happy we went. This is our third RV purchase. Top notch company!!!! Thanks!
