The worst experience of my life. I was told the repair would take six days it took 23. I lost money left and right not having my truck repaired in a timely manner. Will not ever use this shop again nor would I wish this service upon my worst enemy.
Great job got the parts in and the car done in no time and did an awesome job fixing it
A great job of repairing our vehicle, but updates on progress were less than useful. No estimate of time was given, for how long they would need to keep vehicle. Received a text asking if I wanted update texts. I did, next message received was the day after we picked up the vehicle, saying it would be ready today.
They had my truck in and out of there in 3 business days. This was the smoothest collision center / insurance encounter I've ever had and the communication was excellent. I'm very satisfied with the AutoNation Collision Center and would recommend them to anybody.
On 4/3/17, I was rear ended on Sprague Ave. While I was not at fault, I was required to choose AutoNation Collision Center as they were verified to work with Farmer's Insurance, which is the insurance company of the person who was at fault. I left my car in great, trusting, capable hands. I never worried during this process. They kept me updated. When my car was ready, I received my car in superb condition. They used quality parts and expert technique. So very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend this company.
