The GM Michael Platt was the most professional fast responsive managers I've ever met. I have been going on 3 weeks with a different shop on getting my passenger window replaced that was smashed in. In the mess of canceling all my accounts and cards and getting new ID. after taking with Mike and his team my 3 week problem was handled in 30mins. i work next door at winco! see employees almost everyday for lunch etc... dropped off my car for a recall replacement & decided to have an oil change & tire rotation done. it costed me less than an oil change @ jiffy lube! & was finished by lunch break! & they washed my car too 😘👍 thanku auto nation
AutoNation Collision Center is not a preferred partner for our insurance company, but they are always the first to come to mind for any type of repairs. We have used their services at least half a dozen times and they are good about keeping us updated, especially if they find more than they expected at the beginning. Thankfully, they know their stuff and when the insurance company insists on a part that AutoNation feels is not the best, they always try to get the best possible parts and don't take shortcuts. I want to say that AutoNation Collision Center in Spokane, WA is amazing. I worked with Dan Gurlov, this guy is amazing. My door panel was buckling and sounded like it was hallow. This was frustrating, and Dan said he could fix it while I waited. That he did. Kept me updated along the way. I highly recommend them. Dan is very good at what he does and I would 200% recommend them to anyone! Thanks Dan, you are THE MAN!
