RecommendedMy Subaru was repaired so well, it looked brand new. Perfect paint match. Estimator was ready on time set and scheduled repair. Repair completed a bit faster than expected so we could get it Friday instead of Monday. Cleaned outside and in. Thanks. Liked their service so well and reasonable cost that we have a second vehicle in for repair now.
I just got my Subaru back from being repaired. I am so happy that I chose Subaru’s AutoNation Collision Center! Julian was the “MAN “ who took everything under his control and kept me up to date regularly! My car was so clean and looked wonderful when I picked it up it was awesome!! Start to finish, they met every expectation. Work was timely and high quality. My agent keep me well informed and was very helpful.
A rushed person rear-ended my Rover doing cosmetic and sensor damage. Got things set up with ANCCS. Dropped off early Mon. and would have had it on Fri. but the paint wasn't matching up properly. As much as I wanted the Rover back I was Very Pleased that they had the attention to detail to fix this. She looks like she did Aug of '14 right off the boat. Thank You!
My car went in on and insurance claim they claimed it was fixed after 3 weeks got my vehicle back later that night it started up it was not fixed another 2 weeks later I got my vehicle back my car was pulling everytime I hit my brakes they said take it back where I got my brake job done the place where I got my brake job done says perfectly fine so somebody's blaming each other and apparently it's but the brakes was working fine before the accident
Took my new car in after only having it a month when I saw some scratches on it and repaired within 3 days. Best job I have seen. Great work and great communication with the people that work there.
Although my truck was repaired quickly, their quality assurance needs to to a better final inspection on the vehicle. Bolts were missing that held my gas tank fill neck in place (had to go buy them myself), my special order Air Force tire caps were all missing (had to order a new set), and I really believe the spare tire/rim isn't the same that was on there when I dropped off the vehicle. I haven't found anything else that wasn't connected back up, but I'm still looking.
