After nearly eight weeks of ongoing dental treatments from an emergency temporary following a cracked tooth to final veneers I can confidently say that Dr. Julius exemplifies what patient-centered, safety-focused care should look like. I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with Dr. Helene Julius, which involved insurance misrepresentation and significant financial harm. I was initially told the practice accepted my Medi-Cal insurance when I asked, which is the only reason I came here. After the procedure, I was incorrectly informed that my insurance did not cover it and was pressured into taking out a high-interest CareCredit plan. I was assured this would not impact my credit.
