We can hold tight tolerances of +/- .0001" (.0025mm) on EDM fabrication of complex parts from difficult-to-machine materials. AEDM is ISO 9001:2008 certified, with a top-notch quality department, complete with a Zeiss CMM inspection unit in a temperature-controlled environment. If it's conductive, we can cut it.
