This place is poorly ran and managed!...They make you jump through 20 hoops during the application process...Their systems are horrible...not user friendly...Force you to get insurance...charge you for the application...do not communicate well...they do not care about filling their apartments. For the money they charge you can get something much nice and larger than what they offer. Over $800 for a one bedroom apartment with a window ac like old hotels back in the day. out of date...poorly improved.
I want to give a huge shoutout to William and Damien from the maintenance crew for their exceptional work! They came by to fix a leak under my kitchen sink and handled everything quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. Not only did they solve the problem efficiently, but they were also incredibly respectful, friendly, and explained everything clearly.
I’ve only been here for two weeks, but so far it’s been phenomenal. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and my neighbors have gone out of their way to help me by gifting me flowers and gardening tools when they saw me working on the yard! I can’t say enough good things about William and Damien. I submitted a report for a clogged sink and a broken ceiling fan, and they showed up in less than an hour. I had put in some work orders for my apartment. Getting Blinds replaced and a Door fixed. William and Damian did an excellent job. It was quick and efficient. They were kind and cordial. Would recommend them anytime!
