I have been seeing seeing this provider since February of this year. I have never had any issues. All my prescription requests are sent within 24 hours, or sme day I call or send a request to the portal. I find the office staff to be extremely efficient and wait times are minimal. My experiences with this provider have been quite pleasant, she is direct and to the point and is willing to discuss whatever I need. I am grateful to have found her.
Nothing but issues with front desk. 60 days backed up. Wouldn’t let me and my gf go same day appointments for some odd reason. You have a 10 minute grace period to be late for appointment and I was 11 minutes late. There was only one indavidual in waiting room. If you want to feel like your a nuisance from rude old ladies that hate there life to awnser the phones then I suggest you go here. Mass general all day.
rudest woman at the front desk wouldn’t allow me to go to my appointment because i was 8 minutes late. they just want to feel powerful it’s weird
