RecommendedVery friendly down to earth caring staff. right there in breif time frame for daily maintenance.
These people are awful.! You pretty much pay a whole ton of money to be treated like crap. They do their best to get you to leave if they don’t like you. Way too many bugs!! You can pay attention to all of these good recommendations all you want to! It is probably their friends. The property manager has a disgusting attitude! Does not abide to the lease what so ever! One of the best apts I have lived in, as I have traveled thru 7 communities,in Several states😀,in the past 15 yrs. This place is beautiful with it's trees, maintenance is super, quiet, clean and neighbors are the best. ,There is only one thing that bugs me, and that is , with the apts opposite me, parking on this side. Why I ask? Park on your side, and leave this side for us and our company,as we all need to carry our groceries in!!!! It's only common decency. Other than that, Love it here and plan to stay. The management staff are awesome! Repairs if needed, are handled very quickly. Parking is somewhat of an annoyance but, that is to be expected at any apartment complex. Overall definitely recommended.
Apartment hunting and came across Applecreek! Very beautiful and clean. Their leasing agent Jerry was really sweet and helpful!! Look forward to making this my new home!!
Do not believe anything they say. It was a huge waste of our time and Jerry flat out lied to us!!!!! I highly suggest you look elsewhere!!!
I can't imagine living any place else. I have lived here for 5 years and love it. I feel safe and comfortable.
It is a great ,clean, wonderful place to live. Quiet also.
