Food was good. I went with a lot of good friends. It was a good time!!
Waiter was a jerk. I ordered a perfect margarita because the 1$ ones had no salt hmmmm who drink them w out salt gross. Then I’m paying 7.50 and he brings me a half a rim of salt, now I’ve been drinking these at Applebee’s for years and have never got half a rim of salt . Is there a shortage on salt wtf. Then when I laughed at it and he snatched my glass ran to bar reached over the bar and salted my glass the slammed it at me . Dick move . U couldn’t pay me to go back.
Where did the staff come from? They were surly, slovenly, and ill mannered. They were sniping at each other in front of the customers. One sprayed and wiped the window behind me and then beside my head while I was eating! I had food in my mouth and I could actually taste the spray. My daughters and I were unimpressed. I would think twice before returning.
We went to the Peach Street location Friday night. We always go to the West 12th Street location and have never had bad service. With that said our service was even better at the Peach Street location. We had a young girl with blonde hair as our waitress. I wish I could remember her name. Best service ever and great food, drinks and dessert!!!
We have been to many Applebees and even have one a couple miles from our house, but this restaurant has been the best. I tend to be a little picky about my food and will add or remove ingredients and they handled it perfectly. And the food was amazing from the soup to the steak.
Food was great , and we had the best waitress ever. We really had a great time.

The service sucked! Went there for lunch with my wife and 11 yr old son. It started out ok the waitress took our order and the wait began. We waited 40 mins so my lunch break was over and I had to leave with no lunch. The waitress said our food was done 20 mins ago but there was two people before us then forgot about us. So we got our cold food in to go containers and I went back to work on an empty stomach....Very disappointed
