It took over an hour and a half to get our food. They were severely understaffed and the kitchen was crashing. Manager never came to the table to discuss what the issues were. Just a server that would periodically show up with tears in her eyes. She had been there all day covering for other people that did not show up to work.

Applebee's locations are usually pretty good, and this one does not disappoint. There is a good selection of delicious food and drinks. The staff are friendly and helpful, though things can get busy, which means they may not have time to be especially attentive. Things can be a little loud as well, though that is hardly unusual. Because of the volume, I would not recommend groups larger than 3 or 4 people, but there is plenty of seating to accommodate larger or smaller groups.

Fue la peor experiencia en un restaurante de esto siempre he acostumbrado a ir en New York y nunca me hubiera decepcionado tanto desde que entramos teníamos todo con la mala atención, duramos 45 minutos esperando nos dijeron que duraríamos 20 minutos cuando pasé al baño tenían como 10 mesas vacía no creo que estaban reservadas porque nunca llegaba nadie hasta que nos sentaron y todavía permanecían muchas mesas vacías no entiendo si es que están cortos de personal en la cocina pero no es lo adecuado y más fin de semana la ca... read more

Place was not busy, but service was slow. Took 40 minutes for 3 burgers.
