1 star because 0 isn’t an option. We waited over 30 minutes to receive our drinks, one being non alcoholic. We watched as the bartender and our waitress chatted as not only us, but people sat at the bar waiting on our drinks. We then waited another 20 minutes to receive our food and by that point we told them to forget it. The manager was the one to bring our food and when we explained our concerns she did not apologize and actually said “it’s only gonna get worse tonight. We’re really busy. This place is hit or miss...depends on the day. Today was a miss...our waitress Kelly pretty much ignored everything we said, acted like she could careless about us being there and kept ignoring the elderly group she was suppose to be serving behind us. Got our drinks wrong, my husband's meal wrong, and managed to mess up my husband's to go drink AGAIN.
