Table was sticky and unclean. Ordered hot tea and chicken nachos. Simple enough. Server was moving slow and kept saying "I got you" but didn't bring utensils or napkins. Brought out only 1 honey for my tea. Nachos was served partially cooked (cheese still cold/not melted throughout). Manager came out and simply offered to take the food back and told me the tea was on them. Thanks! Maybe they were tired and had a long busy day.
They had a rat running around. I was nice enough not to announce it loudly. They had the audacity to still charge me, and I was still nice enough to tip. It's cheap, so good food wasn't expected anyway. I don't blame the staff for poor management. It was conveniently located next to the trampoline park, but I would never tell anyone to go here. The health department needs to do a better investigation. The tables next to the bathrooms need to be inspected under the corner black cloth.
Diego was amazingggggg! I don't even like Applebee's but it was my lil cuz's birthday, and after a day of jumping at Sky Zone, these kids were parched & hungry & Applebee's did not disappoint but it was truly due to Diego's welcoming energy (at 9pm) & phenomenal service. I'd definitely return to just this Applebee's because of him. You're very lucky to have him Applebee's New Rochelle!
Diego was our server. He couldn't be any nicer. I asked for a Cherry Pepsi, and he had it made with grenadine, with a cherry inside. He was very accommodating and what I asked him to do with the order it was effortless.
