I have been going here for years and quite a few time I got food poisoning during the lunch hours. Not that it's great but usually for dinner hours it's always fine. I went again last night for my birthday and they were so busy. Besides us there was a lot of people sending uncooked food back and now me and my boyfriend have food poisoning again. This is the last time I will ever be going here.
Burger over cooked chewy and dry, Baked potato hard as a rock. We've given this place so many chances and Every time they Dissapoint. The food/order always something wrong with it...
The server was lost forks and knives where dirty i ask for new because it was dirty and still brought me out 2 more dirty knives took for ever to get my change

My daughters and their friends sat at a different table than my wife and myself. They had Carley A as their server. Two of the girls bill came to $22. My daughter hands the server a ten dollar bill and her debit card. She tells the server to use the cash and charge my card the balance. She comes back with a receipt for a charge of $22 and no cash. We both ordered the Whiskey Burger for dinner. It looked like the cook stabbed into my burger 30x to see if it was cooked. I wish I could upload a photo of how terrible it was. Last time going there. The waitress was super rude. When I told her the wrong check was on the tablet she reached over the table and grabbed it out of my hands. I would give zero stars if I could.
Understaffed, waited 20 minutes when there were a minimum of 12 open tables available. Food was not up to their normal standards and was not even hot. Waitress was very nice and apologized. The manager walked around and never engaged our table or others apologizing for the long delays....he acted as if this was normal and nothing was wrong.
