went last night havent been there in a while service was horrible order came out wrong waitress apoligized and what genius thought of TED the worse idea ever get more waitress instead. I suggest they get rid of Ted or Customers their choice
My dad's favorite place to eat love is there bacon cheeseburgers and we tried the new cheesesteak eggrolls pretty good
Absolutely incredible service, amazing food, and friendly staff. I took my class for a job skills tours and the staff was so welcoming and truly lived up to the name "Neighborhood Grill". Thank you John, Tyler, Courtney, Nick, and Justin!
Tonight went with my fiance and he asks to try a kind of beer on tap. The keg is empty and explodes beer all over me. All over my sweater and white shirt. I was given a few napkins. I think after you ruined my outfit I deserved more than a sad apology that you ruined my clothes. Three shirts stains with beer. Thanks. Won't be coming back I promise.
Extremely disappointed. The menu has changed so much I had to spend 15 mins to try and find something id enjoy.. It went from an affordable place to eat to a place where the food is expensive and the food portions are so small for the ridiculous amount of money I'm paying. Sadly I used to love applebees but the more I come here the more I don't like it anymore. If I wanted to go to a place like tgi Fridays. I'd actually go there.... Stop changing cause it's making you lose loyal customers.
