So the waitress comes over and takes r order but looks confused. She leaves, waiting for like 20 min for our drinks and then the waitress comes back and has to retake our order in which we told her again. Another waitress brings us our drinks. Had the new prime rib pasta dinner. It was spot on!!
The food was fresh and hot , the $1 zombies was worth it and more , and my waitress was very attentive and courteous
Waited 20 mins to be seated despite 6 or more open tables the entire time. 3 hosts out front but told not enough wait staff. Half our meals (2 of 4) were lukewarm when brought out. Waitress brought meals and never checked back. Worst service I've ever had at an Applebee's!!
We love the wonton tacos, and the boneless wings are delicious......great place to eat with a teenager.....ambiance is beautiful, and located close to home...
Server don't even know the new menu had order All Wrong, NOT enough HELP
Came from out of town for a Nascar race and the server came over to grab our order and that was it! He did not deliver anything to us or even check on us. The manger pretty much did his job for him. I felt really bad for her because she was trying her hardest. I believe his name was Dallas. We work as servers/bartenders/cooks for a living, and trust me we get it when it’s busy, but tell us that your really busy, don’t just ignore us completely and then give us nasty looks when the mangers says something to you. Traveling from MN stopped in for dinner after driving 7 hours... our server Dallas from the beginning had zero personality felt like we were bothering him. Things were going good took our order and never saw our server again, except he came to pick up an empty pop glass, didnt acknowledge us or offerto refill it just walked away. The manager was wonderful and did ALL of his job for our table.
