Walking into this place felt like all life was sucked out of you and I had to leave. If the dining room is a dirty wreck, I’d hate to see the kitchen! Couldn’t eat here.
Went to enjoy the all u can eat Robles’s, tenders and shrimp. Welcome to the frozen food section. Riblets taste like flavored shoe leather, chicken from pressed revenants and Gordon’s fish shrimp. Applebee’s you can do better than this.

Ordered same steaks different ounces. Both medium. The 8 ounce was rare and the 6 ounce was almost well. Took some time to get our order even though the place was pretty much empty.
i would like my friends and family to know Applebees policy on lost or stolen giftcards is not to replace what can be proved not used as you who know me i was hospitalized thanksgiving and Christmas due to heart attacks i misplace half my applebees gift cards due to all that i have been thru when i called the restaurant mngr was informed gift cards are cash and even though i have the receipt and they can check the cards and deactivate them they will not replace them this is bad customer relations as well as a bad policy i wi... read more
Went out for my b'day which happens to also be New Year's Eve and was highly disappointed:( 1st when we asked about the all you can eat shrimp, riblets and chicken tenders special.... she didn't know if we could mix n match. she had to go & ask.... & let me mention that we didn't even get our 1st drinks till after she served our dinner.
