Great atmosphere, very nice staff and the food is great
I really love Apple bee's! It was my daughter's 21st bday and her friend food had hair in it. When we showed the waitresses, she said well I don't want it and that was it. Didn't complain cause I'm not in the business of causing someone their job. However, she needs to have better customer service!
Myself and my Wife patronized Applebees in Newnan this past Monday Evening. Upon entering the Resturant, we waited to be seated by the Host or Hostess, however after several minutes none had appeared, so we sat ourselves down at a Barside table and waited for someone to tend to us. Just ate at Applebees tonight. Our Server was great but not so much anything else. We had issues with both the food coming out from the Kitchen, the quality and taste being at best just ok, also having to send food back several times, as not cooked as to how had requested and having twenty minute waits or more for drinks to come out from the Bar and when they did eventually come out, the cocktail specials tasted awful and barely tasted of any alcohol. My family ate here yesterday evening, on the occasion of our daughters fifteeneeth birthday. We waited several minutes or more to be seated upon entry to the resturant (I guess it must have been the host or hostesses night off!). Then Renita whom we have had serve us before and done an excellant job too I might add seated us. For some strange reason, it was just her and the fellow whom served us, which seemed very odd with them being so busy still when we arrived at around nine or so.
