I’ve been a patient at Apple Wellness for several years and have consistently received excellent care from Dr. Rajpal, Dr. Qasim, and the hygienists. They are professional, kind, and make each visit comfortable. However, I have had repeated negative experiences with the receptionist, Melissa. Each time I check in, she is dismissive and unfriendly. Dr. Hammad is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain my treatment options, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. His attention to detail and calm approach really stand out. The clinic team is also very welcoming and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Hammad for anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dentist. :)
I’m very disappointed in Apple wellness. I’ve been a client there for over 20 years. The root canal that I was anxiously awaiting for got cancelled this morning 10 Nov/25 I took the day off work for this planned appointment. I would’ve went in if I known this was going to happen. I understand that people get sick and things happen, but there NEEDS to be a plan. And those people affected with appointments should be put in right away or with another doctor. All about money. Came here for an issue with my foot. Waited 40 minutes passed my scheduled appt time for a 10 min visit. They said I need Orthotics. They didn't ask me if I had benefits or asked if it was a good time to go ahead with the purchase they just went ahead with the appointment got me casted and then said it's 450 dollars. When my orthotics came in, I had to last minute go pick up my kid sick from school. They didn't call me once for missing my appointment nor to rebook a fitting.
