Although I have always enjoyed working with Apple Valley Honda in the past, I do not have a favorable review for my last visit. Making the appointment with the woman on the phone took forever, she kept putting me on hold and had a VERY hard time understanding that I wanted not only the recall service done, but also my air conditioner checked while my car was already there. I was pleased with the Actual Repair done to the 2007 CRV. There was some difficulty in communicating to me information regarding the Warranty Plan and whether or not these repairs were covered.....or not. If the repairs were covered then we wanted to get the AC fixed. If they were not covered then we would have to wait until we could afford the repairs. I would recommend this dealership and Mark in particular to my friends who are in the market for a new car. They listened to what we wanted, told us our options, including one we were unaware of that saved us money. I felt respected and listened to.
