Exceptional staff, extremely knowledgeable within the industry and definitely knows how to manage a schedule to complete the project on time...if not sooner! Hands down they are the best in the industry!

We called Cool Image to get an estimate on replacing our wall heater. They came out right away and the heater was installed the next week. Jimmy was very professional and worked diligently to replace our old heater. John and Christy Vaughn at Cool Image were so kind and professional. When we had questions prior to the install, we called and our questions were always answered by their cheery receptionist. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and acquaintances.
The receptionist, Leah is such a sweet heart and the owner, John and his staff are some of the most professional and efficient people I've met. Thanks so much Cool Image!!
They haven't finished the job yet no fault of theres waiting f0or parts from american home shield. cool image hs bent over backwards to help
Absolutely horrible service, receptionist very rude and angry!!! I called on Friday because y A/C broke in 100 degree weather, they were closed all weekend. I called Monday and was yelled at by the receptionist and she didn't want to assign a tech to help me, she told me to call my insurance Co and get someone else. Very bad business practice. My warrant co confirmed there are there complaints about this business as well.
Love the people at Cool Image, fast, prompt service, very friendly, and nice. Twice now they have come to our rescue. Once in the dead of winter and my heater went out, and they were there first thing in the morning to make sure my kids didn't get to cold, and then recently, with this extreme heat my A/C went out, and they were there the same day to make sure the kids didn't get to hot. Can't say enough about them!!! Love them!!
Took them a week to respond for a service call, were outside of the promised 4 hour window and then refused to complete the repairs when they arrived because it was a home warranty call that they couldn't charge for.
This company is horrible!!! There contracted with American Home Shield and liers. I had them through a service all they want is our $100 and did not fix a thing. Do not!! Use them.
