Josh did such a great job fixing our air conditioner. He was so knowledgeable and answered any question we had. He was prompt, clean, very thorough, and had our best interest in mind. We will recommend Cool Image and Heating and Air Conditioning to all our friends.
RecommendedI have deleted my previous post and wanted to sincerely thank everyone at Cool Image for taking the time to rectify the situation. The technician came out last night and also first thing this morning to finish the job. He explained everything that happened and what he did to fix it and then stayed a while to make sure it was working correctly. They personally came out to apologize and offered a partial refund. We are truly thankful and wanted to recognize them for their commitment to customer service.
John and Christie run a well oiled machine at Cool Image. I have referred several customers to them and I hear nothing but praise reports! Their fair and efficient treatment of their customers makes them #1 in my book.

They are so honest!! I thought my air was not working and called them. I forgot I have that special box that turns off my air from Edison. Cool image could of said anything. They said everything is fine Edison just turned off my air.

This company is great!!! They did an install of a 5-ton unit and ducting for our church and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them.
