I had a problem with A/C at my new house. And because it was still covered by my Home Warranty from when I bought the house, I figured it would take forever to get it fixed and I would have to deal with some shady heating and A/C company. Cool image cancelled their appt.with out telling us because they could not get 2 service fees. They are price gouging during this hot season. They have been to our home twice in last 12 months and the system always breaks. Bad company. Bad service.
