Well my daughters appointment was at 11:30 and we have yet to be called back this is insane she hasn't ate in well over 12 hours and my poor kid is hungry

My son is 4 years old and very nervous going to the dentist but the entire staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make him comfortable! A bonus was that he was a given a balloon. What kid doesn't love a ballon?! Thank you and we will be back.
I have been trying to get braces put on there for 6 months now I'm scheduled to have them put on tomorrow and then I get a call no we can't put them on tomorrow u need another consultation. I am paying out of pocket and want my teeth fixed and they screw ppl around and say sorry. What is sorry going to do... nothing. I'm going to go somewhere else pay more and I know I will get better results.. I guess this place is fake and I will turn them in for it too.
Worst place to go for orthodontics and dental! When you agree to treatment, there is nothing in the contract you sign stating if they get 3 warnings they'll take the braces off. It's just an office practice and they try to lie saying that it's in the contract. I've witnessed with my own eyes, one of the ladies dropping a retainer; not once but twice and then sticking it into a teens mouth.
