I went into the office this morning to have some teeth pulled. The “ oral surgeon “ was condescending and rude. During the procedure I felt pain, he told me “ no, that’s pressure.” Ummm no that’s pain. So after finishing pulling 8 teeth the nurse came in and said they’re faxing Tylenol and Ibuprofen. At which point I demanded to talk to the dr. Because of the work it was hard to understand me. He began laughing at me. To all my Yakima friends...I never do this but I’m going to very strongly suggest that no one EVER take your child to Apple Valley Dental on Nob Hill. Like...never! We will be filing complaints both with our insurance company (because I’m sure they are going to want some of their money back after they hear about our experience) and the Washington State Department of Health.
The staff was good. Got a tooth pulled pain free, the assistant Diana was exceptionally on top of whatever she needed to do. Hope she does good when she goes back to school.
Never ever have a bad experience here!! And to make it even better... I was the winner this week from their raffle!!!
