Very poor customer service, billing is a disaster. No one seems to know what they’re doing and they don’t seem to care.
RecommendedThey are so wonderful and sweet to my kids. It’s super easy to get them in, and set up for their next 6 month appointment.
I would not recommend Apple Valley Dental and Braces to anyone. The receptionists and dental assistants are not friendly at all and it felt like we were an inconvenience to them.
great place highly recommend especially for braces
I went in today for myself and my 5 year old. We both saw Dr Davis and had a great experience. The kids loved the office, didn’t want to leave in fact. I was given info on recommended treatment and a price quote beforehand. I recommend this place based on today’s experience and I plan on going back for continued care for myself and two children.
DON'T BRING YOUR KIDS HERE. My sister in law was not even allowed to go back with her 5 year old daughter while she was being put under anaesthesia!! Which is BS! and because of this my poor neice was terrified and tried to run out of the office! They just picked her up and carried her back! Didn't even try to comfort her or tell her about what they are doing. What terrible people! I'm SO GLAD I don't take my children here. And they even fixed a tooth that her parents said they didn't want fixed. $$$$ don't go here! There ar... read more
