so I went in they did xrays and they said I need it a cleaning and that i had a cavity. I went back today and they numbed me up they did the cleaning and the dentist comes in and starts looking and tells me he's gonna take some pictures I got scared and he's like oh no is nothing bad, so I looked at the monitor and he says you don't have a cavity is a stain. so they send me home already numbed up the dentist said I'm really sorry were working on getting better. im so upset they did xrays and they saw a cavity and he said the... read more
Fast and easy scheduling. I needed work done and they were able to do it at the same appointment. All of the staff was super helpful, kind and efficient.
Terrible experience. My son was in braces for 18 months, they made us remove them after 18 months because they said my son didn’t brush well enough. There was zero change in this teeth after 18 months, and I had to argue about a partial refund, because they said there would be no refund, as this was a complete treatment. We paid $4286.50 in full. After much debate, they are supposedly refunding $1236.50. So, after paying $3050.00, there is no change in my sons teeth. I wonder how often they do this. I wouldn’t recommend them... read more
After 3 different appointments to have a tooth pulled I’ve finally given up! First time the dentist told me he wasn’t comfortable getting me numb enough, second time when I called to schedule the appointment the front desk didn’t make it the right kind of appointment.... and the third time I had the nitrous mask on, was getting numbed up after before hand warning the oral surgeon that I gag easy... Abbie took great care of my daughter, it was her first appointment for braces. My daughter was nervous and didn't want to know the procedure and Abbie let her listen to music while getting her braces on. She was comfortable with everything thank you so much for a great experience! Abbie respected my daughters school schedule and got her in for her next appointment early morning so it doesn't affect school hours.
worst place ever to go. they cancel apt with customers last min after confirming. They call other family member to have them remind u of your apt. they seriously suck. you end up waiting in there waiting room everytime forever. never get you in on time. not to mention there is so much torn over with dentists and employees. every month there is new people. cant ever get same dr. there rude and the put in to many customers so when it finally comes to your turn they rush through it. worst dentist ever... the only reason people ... read more
