I am not sure I can list all the issues we have experienced. We bought two cars from here, but the trouble is completely within the service department. On Saturday we brought my car in, but we were told it was perfectly fine and to pick it up. As soon as we did, it continued to have the same problems, so we had to bring it back and drop it off (after hours). I specifically said to contact me and not to begin work (only diagnose the issue). Big thumbs down! 👎👎👎Our sales person was wonderful but when you sell out a car underneath of someone that has”first right to the car” then are notified someone else just bought it. Being in the sales industry myself I know better. Wow!!! Our son saved money to buy a car and came to experience this nightmare. Will never go back... will never recommend. Just bought a car Saturday and its already got an engine light on. They cant help me unless I pay $130 to have them look at it.
My husband and I purchased a 2020 Sequoia and had excellent sales service provided by Tyler Staddon. His recommendations and assistance eased the buying experience. Excellent Customer Service and friendly atmosphere! Highly recommend Apple Valley Toyota.
they should give loaner vehicles to customers who bought a vehicle and is getting the dealership to fix their mistake. not leave someone stranded walking for days
If you are looking for good down to earth salesperson I recommend Aundrea Stanton! She helped me so much with buying my 2019 Silverado Trail Boss! She was very nice and professional and even bought me a soda while I was waiting! I give her 5 out of 5 stars (*****)! Go see her she’ll help you a lot!
