I just had the most amazing experience with Bill. My friend just gave birth at a hospital nearby and I called Bill immediately and he was on it. He helped me craft the perfect message for the card, he ensured that it wouldn’t be a typical corny bouquet which was something that was really important to me. Ordered roses and lilies, got 3 Gerber Daisy's and some greenery in a thin tall vase. Flowers were confirmed for one date and delivered the next day, no advance notification of delay at all. Called about delivery delay, not offered any compensation. Later received a picture of the flowers that were delivered and after several phones calls and online messages about these issues - over a week later I get the call and was offered 20% off.
