Have been a customer there last 7 months: Glory does great nail design. I make appointments because my work and social schedules are busy. Today was 4th time they’re running late, 1st time at least sending text: 15 min prior though is useless. Between factory vibe and lack of customer concern- zero recommendations. It’s called an appointment for a reason
