I traveled a long distance and in a snowstorm. I made an appointment to have my hands done but the staff member disappointed me so much. He was condescending and did not greet me instead he used his phone. I changed to a new person and he made me very satisfied. Thank him.
They take roo many clients and make you wait even when you make appointments. Not a quick stop. Nails are usually great though.
They do a decent job with gel nails, but I was terrified when it came time to remove them. The staff were completely unprofessional — they tried to shorten my nails with the gel still on using scissors! This exact thing happened to my friend here years ago, and her nail split. I told them three times to remove the gel first before cutting my nails(not even joking), but they seemed like they’d never done it before. I’ll never be going back.
First photo was our first visit, the last 2 photos and video are from the fill I had done today. Cats eye French tips was a last minute idea and I love them!!
