I got my nails done here for the first time last summer as a birthday gift to myself. During the appointment it seemed very much like the nail techs were making fun of me and my friend. Both of us left with burns from the electric file and bleeding cuticles. I was told $55 but was charged over $70 for short almond acrylics with a simple French tip. I've had a few pedicures here over the years and never had any issues. I brought my daughter and her friend today for mani-pedis for their grad. We made an appointment but still had to wait 45 minutes. We were told to choose our polish from the samples, which is what we did. When I went to pay she said they were all shellac, so instead of the expected $55 each, it was $80 for 2 of us, and $100 for one because the polish has an irridescent shimmer. Got a pedicure… from start to finish it was 20 mins long. She used the razor on my foot which is fine but she barely took anything off. Whenever I go to other places they take a bunch of dead skin off. Probably one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever received. They just wanted me in and out and my money. Won’t be back.
