They are slow here been here before my appointment and they still haven't go to me yet
It takes one hour to pick up a computer that was fixed!! They have no clue about customer service. Genius Bar is inefficient
The Genius Bar line is endless and sometimes excruciatingly slow, but the staff managed to replace my MacBook Pro Retina's screen for free overnight. Great service overall here.
