Due to the open architecture (no doors or walls) this is one of the coolest Apple Stores around.
Super friendly staff and very spacious -- integrated with the beautiful Grand Central Station setting.
An amazing store, spectacular service, the best products, but all this has its price.
Mauro was awesome at taking care if my MacBook and helping other customers while we waited for my issue to be resolved. Probably one of my best experiences at any Apple Store.
