Waited past my appointment time (again) just to be told to take it to a third party "unauthorized" service agent since they don't know what is wrong here. Or, of course, I could buy a replacement here
Great store with gorgeous view.
Don't bother coming for a quick fix. Both here as on 5th Av waiting is 2hrs!!!
