Apple 4 points was the 1st small lot experience I've had. I had searched online for exact vehicle, trim and color. It lead me there. Experience was streamlined over big dealer, but options limited in finance office for extras like warranty. Deal was done in 90 minutes and we drove home in the car.

Typical used car salesman tactics used. Dealer did not want to negotiate over the phone. Insistent about coming to the dealership. When I gave the dealer a date I would come in, they said the car was on consignment. They said the owner would be picking it up the morning I would be coming in. They tried to get me to come in sooner âin personâ. I let them know it wasnât meant to be then! The date I was going to go in has come and gone & the car is still there! These are the out dated tactics they are using.
Very good experience and helpful in financing
We had a GREAT experience! Scott M. and Ron were VERY helpful working with us to get a payment that worked for us. They were so patient with us as we figured out what was best. We LOVE our new car!! I would encourage anyone who is looking for a car to go visit them! Thank you so much for all your help!
