After test drive told brakes were bad. Dealer disagreed. Bought vehicle with 7day guarantee. Brakes horrible inside reeked of antifreeze on day 4.Called and returned vehicle. Wanted my van back but was sold right after trade in. After several trips and calls from Stillwater to Apple Valley mgr agreed to fix issues. Now week 3 still waiting for vehicle. Loaner car from sale lot also has very bad thumping brakes. Salesman Phil Haas and Mgr Brian McCully went above and beyond to make me happy. All issues plus others were fixed.... read more

Unreasonable pricing. $5000 markup over MSRP. Had to drive a little further but purchased my Shelby at no markup.

They treated me very well and worked hard to get me a loan for the van.The only thing I was not happy about was the pic of the van they sent me was not the van that was for sale. If they had I may not have bought this van as it had a good amount of rust on it . I did not get to see the van till I had signed the papers for it.
