Terrible customer service! I have Rite Care for my daughter as Rite Share does not participate with my work insurance and I cannot afford to purchase it. As soon as I told the woman I had Rite Care, her attitude changed and she began speaking down to me like I was incompetent. Sometimes people forget that just because someone needs State help, does not make them worthless or any less of a person. I will never go here again.
The only reason I'm giving the ONE start is I can't give them 0. Please do not use this company. After my daughters glasses broke I went back to get them replaced, everything seemed fine till the Couple of days it was going to take took 2 WEEKS then after getting there I recived nothing but an unnecessiary attitude from the owner.
