As a first time customer, I was very impressed with many things: very thorough eye exam by both the technician and doctor; great staff; and excellent results for my glasses, which have progressive lenses. They are the best I've gotten from any place I've gone. Yes, Apple is more expensive than the chain stores in malls, etc, but I got what I paid for--two great pairs of glasses--and it's good to have a facility close to home for any future adjustments, questions, etc. Highly recommended.

Fast, friendly service. They fixed my broken glasses (uber warranty) in about the same amount of time you may wait in line at a box store. I'm a fan for life!
