The service staff at this Apple store are honestly just really incapable of doing their jobs well. Literally six trips to the store have been followed by waiting for an hour at the wrong table (that the guy sent me to) and I’m literally only writing this review because I’m still waiting to replace a single AirPod.

Went to change my battery without an appointment. After 3 hours it was ready. Veronica e another asian lady were really pleasant and helpful! The store is beautiful and well organized!
Went in to look at a phone for my mother and ended up sitting in on a class for using swift. Was nice. The instructor was cool too super friendly.
Good service and I was extremely happy with the help I got!!
I have been here twice & I have no complaints. I have to make visits to local locations every three months to replace my portable charger cord. I purchase a new one & a home charger annually but I pay via the Apple Store app & pick up at a given store (most times, it would be Queens Center). That would be my advice to all to prevent waiting long at stores.
