I went in to buy a mac book pro They only had 2 on the whole floor and both were being used, one by a guy playing games and other online dating. They had plenty of space to display every color iwatch band. Maybe a few more laptops.
The costumer service was through the roof!!! Everyone that I encountered from the time I walked in to when I left was very knowledgeable about the service and products and that was very impressive. Keep up the great work Apple.
Apple employees were professional and extremely helpful. We ordered a repair part and it arrived earlier than estimated. We were able to walk in and and left happy.
I walked in because I was in the neighborhood, I was able to get assistance within 20 minutes. Christian was super helpful. Great customer service and conversation. Wish they had coffee and a bathroom �
