RecommendedMy visit to Apple Grand Central was a success. Based on previous visits, the location was easy to find. It is on top of the West Wing of the terminal. It is only accessible via stairs. Staff were friendly and professional with my issue. Appointments for repairing your item are required. Otherwise, you can visit this store for free.
Overstaffed with useless people. Two people up front to greet and make an appointment for shopping assistance, but no staff actually showed up for that appointment. We waited 20 minutes past the starting time for our appointment before giving up.
