Always great visits, same staff for years. I'm Always greeted in a friendly manner. My dental & financial options are always explained clearly and are more than reasonable. If you've had a poor experience with your dentist, I recomend Apple Dental because they exceed my expectations.
It was my first visit and the staff made me feel like I was a repeat customer.They are very nice and professional.i was explained in plain english what needed to be done and the time frame it was going to be done in.

Everyone who I came into contact with were very nice. Everyone had a smile on their face. I didn't feel rushed.
I had my bi-annual cleaning this week and this will be the last one in your office. The cleaning technician is way too rough to the extent that my mouth hurts me for the rest of the afternoon. My wife and my daughter have also complained about her. I have been going to a dentist my entire life and I get the impression that the dentist there is just looking for excuses to retain me to do work on me, sometimes for their financial benefit over the patient’s. Jose,I am sorry you feel you did not have a good experience at your last visit. The hygienist is the same one you saw on your previous three visits, and tries to be meticulous with her cleanings. However I shall address your concerns with her. The dentist who saw you advised you of the incipient decay starting on your wisdom teeth, but had no intention to pressure you on filling them. I always have a great experience- the Office is very accommodating.
Dr. Patel has been my dentist for over ten years. I have no reason to go anywhere else. It's a happy place with good surroundings and a great atmosphere, people smiling & your choice of TV station if you like. Everyone working there has been there for so long we are all familiar with each other. They explain and give you a clear understanding of all options. The Dentist couldn't be any nicer of a person.
