Everyone in the office was great. This was my first visit to Apple. Most pain-free cleaning I've ever had. I am glad I found this group and intend for Dr Patel's team to be my dental provider going forward. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and efficient. I was extremely pleased with my visit.
Through no fault of Dr. Patel's I had a terrible experience when the numbing needle hit a nerve and caused a severe migraine. The staff is, as always, excellent and I would still recommend Dr. Patel for all dental services.
As I explained during my visit, your professionalism, courtesy and competence is as I remember it. You and your staff took extraordinary patience to ensure that before I left I had a complete understanding of the financing and such. As a result, I received the same professional and courteous treatment as I did the last time I was at your office. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again. I will see you on Monday around 4:30.
