My kids had to wait almost 2 hours after their scheduled time to see the orthodontist. As someone who works in healthcare, this is unacceptable.
The dr are the best. They really took their time with my daughter and made her feel comfortable.
I live kind of far from here but the drive is definitely worth it. The entire office is clean and kid friendly. I loved that there is a play area for the kids. They have a lot of staff and all were friendly. The dentist was caring and explained everything well. My daughter even said that she wants to go back here so that alone deserves 5 stars. Im happy to finally find a dentist office that my daughter is not afraid of.
My husband and I went in with our 2 kids & they would only allow one parent in the back! I have 2 kids so why can't it be one parent per child?! Completely stupid!
